Rates: The minimum rental period is 24 hours with excess hours charged at 1/3rd
of the daily rate. Rates are quoted in UAE Dirhams and are subject to change
without notice.

Insurance: Vehicles are comprehensively insured
The renter will be responsible for the payments of the first Dirhams 1500 for any
damage repair costs to the rented vehicle which cannot be recovered against a
third party, except where Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) has been accepted and
purchased by the renter.

Accidents: In the event of an accident, or if the vehicle is damaged whilst
stationary, the renter must notify the police immediately and not move the vehicle
until the police arrive at the scene and issue a police report. Failure to submit a
police report to VOYAGEUR will render the renter liable for all cost incurred as a result of
the accident or incident.

Terms and Payment: The estimated cost of the rental and insurance charges are
payable in advance in addition to a refundable deposit. Alternatively, rentals may
be charged through major credit cards. The cost of petrol and refueling will be
charged to the renter.

Driving License: All drivers must have held a full driving license for a minimum of
one year. UAE residents require a current UAE License. Visitors to present valid
national & international driving License must have a valid credit card


Delivery & Collection: Cars may be collected / delivered free of charge within
normal office hours and city limits (Saturday - Thursday 0800-1900 hours excluding
Fridays and Public Holidays). Outside these hours and / or city limits, a minimum
charge of Dhs 25 will be levied.
